Cancellation Policy

• In any circumstances, if you can no longer attend AOCCN 2023, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to AOCCN 2023 Organizer (mail to: aoccn2023@gmail.com).
• The AOCCN 2023 refund policy is as follows
  • Up to 30 April 2023: 70% refund
  • From 1 May - 30 June 2023: 50% refund
  • From 1 July 2023: No refunds
• Please informed that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
